A growing pipeline across high-priority markets.
CivicFirst is actively structuring and advancing housing and infrastructure programmes in partnership with governments and local stakeholders across three continents. Our focus is on markets where need is greatest, government intent is clear and programme-led delivery can make a material and lasting difference.
Each programme is developed through a structured engagement process — defining delivery models, aligning stakeholders and preparing programmes for implementation with the rigour required to attract institutional capital and sustain delivery at scale.
Philippines
Multi-phase housing and infrastructure programme
The Philippines faces a housing deficit of several million units, concentrated in rapidly expanding urban and peri-urban areas where population growth has significantly outpaced supply. CivicFirst is engaged with national government agencies and local development stakeholders to structure a large-scale, multi-phase housing programme incorporating integrated energy, water and community infrastructure. The programme is designed for phased delivery across multiple sites, with standardised development models enabling consistent, efficient replication at volume. Engagement is at an advanced structuring stage.
Nigeria
Large-scale housing and infrastructure development
Nigeria is home to one of the largest housing deficits in the world — a structural challenge driven by rapid urbanisation, a young and growing population and historically insufficient delivery capacity. CivicFirst is working with federal and state government partners to structure and advance programme-led housing delivery aligned with national development priorities. Our focus is on creating integrated, viable communities — combining affordable housing with the energy, water and resource infrastructure required to support long-term economic productivity and quality of life.
United Kingdom
Housing, infrastructure and circular economy programmes
The UK faces a well-documented and sustained housing shortfall, alongside significant public and institutional commitment to circular economy infrastructure and net zero delivery. CivicFirst is engaged with public sector bodies and institutional investors to structure programme-led housing delivery and circular economy infrastructure — including waste-to-resource and advanced recycling facilities serving municipal and development-scale waste streams. These programmes are designed to generate measurable environmental and economic returns and are aligned with government housing delivery, net zero and resource efficiency commitments. Engagement across multiple workstreams is active and progressing.
